Fingerless Pneumatic
Corrugated roller is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo alloy steel with grinding process and hardened with hardness of HRC58-60 °
Oil lubrication type gear box, low noise gimbals transmission.
Vacuum suction system provides perfect flute shape even at high speed, blast volume controller is equipped.Bearings of corrugated roller and pressure roller are lubricated by high temperature lubricating grease
Surface of gluing roller are treated by special mesh snicked and chrome plated. Automatic and cyclic supply glue for the glue unit.

- Economic speed : 60-80m / min .
- Effective width : 1000mm - 2200mm .
- Corrugated roller : 270 / 280mm , 48CrMo alloy steel
- Gear box driving adopts immersion oil lubricating , low noise , gimbals transmission isolated power source .
- Upper roller pressure roller . Gluing roller lift can be controlled by pneumatically .
- Feeding paper adopts vacuum adsorption with air volume device and keep stable corrugated roller style when in high speed.
- Shaft of Corrugated roller and pressure roller adopts grease lubricating.
Gluing Part Adopts Auto Circulation Glue Applying .
Fingerless Single Facer
The Machine is Used to produce high quality flat 2-ply sheets at hight speed without any finger support. thus, increasing quality & efficienvy of the system.
- Air suction system provides perfect flute shape without any finger support.
- Individual driving box to improve running stability.
- Corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue roller pressure adjustment by pneumatic adjustment.
- Oil immersed type gear box lubrication to reduce noice and adopt stable running.
- Driving roller are made of high quality steel , quenching and high tempreture tempering, hard chrome plated surface with grinding.
- Roller material: Special 48Cr.Mo Alloy Steel(HRC 48 to 53)
