High speed reel to sheet cutting machine , paper & 2 ply cutter , can be attached to corrugation machine for direct online cutting in mm accuracy as per gear chart.
- It is built with heavy cast iron side wall.
- Cutting knife is of Die Steel.
- DC motor panel is provided to control speed with digital counter / sensor.
- 2 HP DC Motor is provided.
- Complete set of gears to change cutting size 5” – 120” length of sheet as per gear chart .
- Complete Brake & Shaft is provided along with Reel stand.
- No Cutting variation & No Cross Cutting.
- 70gsm – 500gsm can be cut easily.
- Gear stand is provided alongwith for placing gears.
- Machine output Designed speed :- 50 mtr / minute.
