• A Single Facer is the simplest type of board that consists of a Liner to which a flute is glued. It is primarily used as a protective padding.
• Pasting glue manually controls the gap between the Glue Roller & the Doctor Roller. Glue Roller & the Doctor Roller is designed as guide way , convenient to set & dismantle the corrugated roller & the two bearing houses can change together which results in shortening of service time.
• This Machine is provided with JUMBO MILL ROLL STAND equipped with Hydraulic lifting arramged of twin shafts controlled by web tension. Reel clamping is done by adjustable cones , Reel lifting is performed by Hydraulic arrangement & web tension is controlled by manual brake set , suitable with lifting capacity of 1000kgs & working dia upto 1200mm / Minimum 300mm.
• Machine is provided with Gum circulator for more working efficiency resulting in best quality output supported by Patta Free Gum size settings.
